JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are currently seeking an Addiction Medicinephysician for the Huntsville Stevenson regional area for a 35

  • 40hour a week, The Medical Director oversees two clinics in theMobile area roughly 20 miles apart. This is an hourly position, payrate up to $165
  • $200 hourly but negotiable, additional bonusesare available.

Responsibilities include: Maximizing the clinical and financial performance Supervising the daily operations of an opiate treatmentprogram Ensuring operational efficiency Responsible for the resolution of urgent and emergent issuesregarding the treatment center before, during and after regularoffice hour Managing treatment center revenue collections to achieve targetcollection rates and for managing expenditures in accordance withbudgeted allowances

JOB REQUIREMENTSGREAT

candidates for theposition will have: A history of demonstrated success in a professional clinical ormedical environment Appropriate and required certifications A highly motivated self-starter & fast learner Exceeds customer/team expectation Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communicationskills Excellent Decision Making & Problem Solving Skills Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Problem analysis and assessment Time management ABAM Certified of EligibleMinimum Requirements

  • Must be licensed to practice medicine or osteopathy inAlabama,
  • Three years of documented experience in the provision of serviceto persons who are addicted to alcohol or other drugs, and one yearof experience in treatment of opioid.
  • BE or BC and two years of documented experience in the treatmentof persons who are addicted to alcohol or other drugs
  • ASAM or BC as an addiction medicine specialist This Clinic System has multiple positions in several states and isgrowing rapidly.
