As we grow, we’re seeking a Florida-licensed Medical Doctor to serve as our Medical Director , ensuring the highest standards in safety, compliance, and patient care. Position Overview We are hiring a Medical Director to provide clinical oversight for our licensed medical staff and aesthetic procedures. This is a contract flexible rolesuited for a physician interested in the aesthetic industry, delegating authority to qualified practitioners, and maintaining high clinical standards. Must be dermatologist or Plastic surgeon. Responsibilities Serve as supervising physician for NPs, PAs, and RNs per Florida regulations Sign off on treatment protocols and medical charts as required Ensure compliance with Florida Board of Medicine standards Provide guidance on best practices, safety, and medical protocols Participate in team trainings and occasional on-site visits (flexible) Stay up-to-date with state regulations and clinical advancements Requirements Active, unrestricted Florida Medical License (Dermatologist or plastic suergon) Located in Florida and available for periodic consultation and training through zoom Familiarity with Florida’s delegation rules for medical spas Aesthetic medicine experience preferred but not required Board certification in a related specialty (optional) Strong communication and leadership skills What We Offer Flexible remote or hybrid oversight Monthly retainer with bonus potential based on performance and franchise opportunity Low time commitment (1-4 hours/month) Opportunity to shape protocols for a growing brand Supportive, positive team culture
