Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and forward-thinking Medical Director to serve as the clinical leader across our MSO network. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of care, providing clinical oversight, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding our network of physicians and advanced practice providers.
Responsibilities:
Serve as clinical oversight for affiliated practices within your licensed state(s). Collaborate with the executive and operations team to guide clinical strategy and patient care models. Support recruitment, credentialing, and training of new providers. Ensure all clinical activities are compliant with federal, state, and local laws, including Corporate Practice of Medicine regulations. Provide tele-supervision as needed and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
MD or DO with an active and unrestricted medical license in one or more U.S. states. Board certification in any specialty (Primary Care, Pain Management, Radiology, etc. preferred). Prior experience as a Medical Director or in clinical leadership is strongly preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid or remote leadership model. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and MSO/PC structures a plus. Passionate about improving access to care and driving performance through innovation. Why Join PHA?
