Naples, FL Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Director to lead our Adult Medicine division. This role combines clinical leadership and direct patient care, ensuring high standards of medical service delivery. The Medical Director will oversee physician performance, implement quality initiatives, and collaborate across departments to improve outcomes and patient access. This position is 80% clinical and 20% administrative. The ideal candidate is board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical setting.

Paid Holidays 5 Days of CME + $3,500 CME Reimbursement Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Health Savings Account (HSA) Student Loan Forgiveness through NHSC (National Health Service Corps) Key Responsibilities Provide direct primary care to adult patients (80% of the time) Supervise and support providers within the Adult Medicine department Lead clinical quality improvement projects and monitor key performance metrics Develop and enforce clinical protocols and best practices Collaborate with operational leadership to improve patient access and clinic workflows Participate in strategic planning and provider recruitment Address provider concerns, conduct performance reviews, and ensure regulatory compliance Represent the Adult Medicine department in organizational leadership meetings Qualifications Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active and unrestricted Florida Medical License Minimum 6 years of clinical practice experience Prior leadership experience in a healthcare setting Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems BLS Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment) Bilingual (Spanish or Haitian Creole) is a plus but not required Apply HERE Or Send CV to Jennifer@theipgteam.com
