 8:00AM-5:00PM, M-F (No call) Position Summary As part of the continued expansion of the Jackson Health System, the Ambulatory & Physician Services Division is a growing multi-specialty physician network of physicians and specialists who practice throughout Miami-Dade County at many different specialty care centers, seek to hire a primary care physician (Internal Medicine) to join our highly regarded multi-specialty practice in our Ambulatory Care Center Clinic at Jackson Memorial Hospital. The Primary Care physician / Associate Medical Director, JMG is responsible for the planning, diagnostic development, management and evaluation of medical/services at the employee clinic/center of responsibility. Provides and maintains JHS Standards towards continuous, intensive direct medical diagnosis, consultation, and health care services to JHS outpatients.
Position has academic exposure and includes teaching rounding IM residents.
Primary Care with average daily patient volume of 18 – 20.
No call requirements.

Experience Generally requires 5 to 7 years of related experience. License/Certification Valid Florida Medical License.
DEA and board certification or eligible in Internal Medicine are required. Other specialty certifications related to specialty are a plus. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification with at least 6 months validity required.
