  • Miami Hybrid work schedule The Director of Medical Practice Operations provides strategic and operational oversight for multiple clinical sites though out the state of Florida.

This role ensures efficient, compliant, and high-quality service delivery while leading teams and optimizing business performance. The position requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a collaborative approach to regional management.

Growth Opportunity:

This role is positioned for potential advancement to Vice President of Operations within 6-8 months, based on performance and organizational needs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred) At least 7-10 or more years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, including multi-site management Strong understanding of financial oversight, team leadership, and regulatory compliance Proven ability to lead teams, implement operational strategies, and drive performance outcomes Proven leadership in building high-performing teams and driving operational efficiency Strong financial and strategic acumen, with a focus on growth and sustainability Expertise in healthcare workflows, compliance, and patient experience In-depth knowledge of clinical operations, particularly within multiple sites in a geographic area Regular Travel to medical multi
