The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of clinical development, medical management, and utilization management. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our organization adheres to the highest standards of patient care while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. Duties Provide strategic leadership and direction for clinical operations, ensuring optimal patient care and safety. Oversee the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes through effective utilization management. Medical Clearances/evaluations Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, while maintaining patient confidentiality. Conduct regular reviews of clinical practices and implement improvements as necessary. Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication with staff, and patients. Requirements Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on clinical management. Strong knowledge of utilization management principles and practices. Extensive experience in patient care, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality service delivery. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient privacy. Proficient in medical terminology relevant to the healthcare industry. Hyperbaric Oxygen Certification and active medical license Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
