Job Details:

Oversee clinical programs to ensurehigh-quality care and compliance with hospital standards Developand implement policies aligned with FDA regulations and HIPAAguidelines Supervise and support medical staff to fosterprofessional growth Collaborate with research teams to integrateinnovations into clinical practice Manage payer relationships toimprove outcomes and resource utilization Ensure accurate use ofmedical terminology in all documentation Monitor and enhancepatient care quality and safety initiatives Lead projects toimprove operational efficiency and service delivery

What We’reLooking For:

MD or DO from an accredited institution; boardcertification (Psychiatry) Extensive clinical experience,preferably in a hospital setting Strong knowledge of FDAregulations, HIPAA, and healthcare standards Proven healthcareproject management and administrative skills Effective teamleadership and supervisory experience (2 years preferred)Familiarity with managed care systems and patient care protocolsExcellent communication skills; proficient in medical terminologyCommitted to continuous learning and clinical excellence Active DEAregistration, physician permits, and Texas medical license in goodstanding Must meet background clearance requirements per TAC andHHSC standards We are quickly reviewing applications and resumes.
