Group Facilitator (Saturday) North Atlanta Behavioral Health 365 Market Place, Roswell, GA 30075 The Group Facilitator will provide clinical groups offered at the facility. This includes ensuring all groups meet the needs of the community the program serves and the facility’s performance goals and objectives.

Position Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include effectively planning for, facilitating, and documenting clinical groups according to schedule. This includes but is not limited to: Facilitates multiple weekly clinical groups consisting of varied formats and topics based on program curriculum Creates a safe, respectful space for clients to share and feel heard Collaborates with Clinical Director and other professional staff to help maintain comprehensive therapy, evaluation, and treatment. Utilization and implementation of evidence-based concepts and strategies during group facilitation to enhance clients’ understanding of substance use disorders and recovery. Adheres clinical programing guidelines for staff and implements new treatment modalities as necessary Recognizes, responds to and assists in psychiatric crisis situations and provides the necessary interventions Completes all documentation within the designated timeframe and in the required format.
