With a strong 2:1 tech-to-doctor ratio , you’ll have the support you need to focus on medicine and mentorship—not juggling tasks. As Medical Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in mentorship, medical oversight, and partnership with hospital leadership—while still enjoying a healthy clinical caseload.
