I am seeking a Medical Director for a full-service veterinaryhospital that places the care, diagnosis, and treatment of pets astheir primary concern. The individual in this role will manage thehospital and ensure the highest quality of veterinary care,exceptional client service, associate engagement, and maximumproductivity of the veterinary medical team. The Medical Directoris also responsible for mentoring, training, and collaborating withthe hospital’s team of doctors. The Medical Director should alsoknow how to have fun and be able to lead a positive culture withinthe hospital and encourage staff to value the balance of work andpersonal life.
