We’re seeking a licensed MD, DO, or NP (FPA required) to serve as Medical Director during our foundational growth phase. This position offers flexible hours, limited patient interaction, and a meaningful role in shaping the clinical integrity of a practice rooted in community and innovation – this is for you. Key Responsibilities Act as Medical Director of Record under Massachusetts guidelines Be on-site at least 10% of operational hours weekly (required for compliance) Review and sign off on clinical protocols and treatment plans Collaborate with RN staff and aesthetic team to ensure safe, effective care Remain available for urgent clinical guidance, adverse event management, or questions Review and approve client health history or intake documentation as needed Qualifications Active, unrestricted

MA MD/DO

license or NP license with Full Practice Authority Interest or background in aesthetics, dermatology, or integrative wellness preferred Malpractice insurance required (or willingness to obtain) Reliable, professional, and excited to be part of a growing woman-led brand Why NOĒMA?
