Define and lead Company’s holistic digital marketing strategyacross web, email, content, paid media, social, and eCommerce.

Build and optimize the digital customer journey across audiences,from awareness to engagement to conversion Client Details Ourclient is a small medical device manufacturing company on the NorthShore of Boston. Due to growth they are building out a digitalmarketing team from the ground up starting with an AssociateDirector of Marketing. Description Digital Strategy & ExecutionDefine and lead Company’s holistic digital marketing strategyacross web, email, content, paid media, social, and eCommerce.

Build and optimize the digital customer journey across audiences,from awareness to engagement to conversion. Lead the development ofour digital education platform in collaboration with clinical andcommercial teams. Own the roadmap for digitalinfrastructure-including CMS, web performance, analytics, andplatform integrations. Team Leadership & Collaboration Manage andmentor the Digital Marketing Manager, Content Marketing Manager,and Creative Manager. Foster a high-performing, collaborativedigital team with a focus on creativity, experimentation, andaccountability. Partner closely with product, clinical, commercial,and executive teams to align digital initiatives with businessgoals. eCommerce & Platform Development Lead the launch and growthof Company’s eCommerce presence, including platform strategy, UX,merchandising, and optimization. Ensure digital channels are builtto scale while staying customer-centric and conversion-driven.

Brand Presence & Creative Direction Guide the creative vision fordigital brand expression across web, social, and campaign assets.

Ensure visual and voice consistency across all channels, inpartnership with the Creative Manager and external agencies.

Analytics & Optimization Define and own KPIs for digitalperformance-site traffic, engagement, conversion, lead generation,and ROI. Build a data-driven culture that uses insights tocontinuously refine content, UX, campaigns, and workflows. Championtools and systems (GA4, HubSpot, CMS, etc.) that support efficienttracking and performance optimization. Profile B.S. in Marketing,Business or other related field. 7-10 years of experience indigital marketing. 2-4 years of marketing leadership experience -managing direct reports. 3-5 years of experience marketing withinthe medical device sector. Web Strategy, SEO, eCommerce, Media,Content, Content Writing, UX experience. Collaborative and teamfirst mindset. Ability to effectively work cross functionallyacross teams and departments. Experience with marketing tools likeHubspot. Player coach mentality, not afraid to be hand on andexecute on work. Job Offer $130-160k base salary bonus.
