TeamHealth and Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts, are seeking a board-certified intensivist trained in pulmonary and critical care to join our dedicated ICU team.
As a vital part of our collaborative model, you’ll be part of a two-physician coverage team each day, working alongside experienced advanced practice clinicians to provide expert care across our 18-bed ICU and 12-bed PCU.The medical director will work clinically and have dedicated administrative time.
This role offers a chance to contribute meaningfully to the Worcester community while advancing your leadership career in a supportive and well-resourced environment.
You will manage inpatient pulmonary consults and follow-ups, playing a key role in shaping outcomes for critically ill patients.
Competitive compensation with an estimated base salary range of $491,400 to $513,240 annually, with opportunities to earn incentives and a medical director stipend.
