• The role you’ll contribute:
• The Director manages the functions required to support the market-wide medical staff organization.

Ensures that the activities of the medical staff organization meet all internal requirements (bylaws, rules and regulations, policies and procedures) while ensuring compliance with external accreditation standards, state and federal laws and Medicare conditions of Participation. The Director ensures administrative interface with the community including with members of the medical and allied health staff, medical staff leadership, related offices, health agencies and the public to assure and establish rapport, maintenance of effective lines of communication, and enhance effective relationships. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
