We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Medical Director to join a young, national group in Charlotte, NC .

Summary:

Our client operates state of the art clinics across the country, focusing on the senior patients in a Value Based Care model. Care for 14-16 patients per day in a physician/patient centric model. Tremendous support from a comprehensive team.

Responsibilities:

Incumbent will provide leadership to providers in the market across a number of locations and will partner with colleagues to execute the strategic initiatives of the organization. This position does have a healthcare delivery portion , working with colleagues to ensure a high quality patient experience. Oversee and manage regional medical operations, ensuring compliance with Medicare and other healthcare regulations. Supervise medical staff, providing guidance on patient care and the adherence to HIPAA and FDA regulations. Ensure optimization of EHR systems and medical records management. Develop and manage budgets ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Qualifications:

Must be licensed in the state of North Carolina with experience in value based care or Medicare Advantage. Must be board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
