Director, Imaging Services Position Available In Scotland, North Carolina

Director, Imaging Services 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 500 Lauchwood Drive, Laurinburg, NC 28352 Reports to the Chief Medical Officer. Responsible for the overall leadership, clinical care, business performance, and service provided to patients and internal customers by the Imaging Department, including Picture Archive Communication Systems (PACS) administration. Leads approximately 50 employees. Partners with radiologists to ensure the provision of Safe, High Quality, Compassionate, Sustainable care. Translates Scotland Health’s mission, vision, and values into a departmental culture where daily operations are efficient, effective, and caring. Participates in assessing the environment, forecasting trends, transmitting values, communicating ideas, coaching and mentoring others, managing resources, and assuring that core values are implemented. Works collaboratively with colleagues within Scotland Health to achieve system-wide outcomes.

Qualifications Education:

Master of Business Administration, Master of Healthcare Administration, or Master of Public Health required

Experience:

Five years minimum with broad experience within an imaging department; familiar with all aspects of departmental policy and administrative procedures

License/Registration:

Holds registration in the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
