Pay Rate:

$290,000 – $315,000/Yearly. Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Candidates who applied directly with Client will be rejected, No need to re-apply.

Shift:

Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Summary:

Full-time outpatient position with leadership/Division Chair interest. Seeking a provider who plans to stay and practice within the community. Serves as the clinician who oversees and guides the outpatient care and the medical director(s) of quality for primary care, facilitates office flow and addresses day-to-day clinical aspects, and acts as the direct clinical supervisor for outpatient medical practitioners. The Primary Care Medical Director will spend 1/3 of the scheduled time, approximately 12 hours per week on Medical Director Responsibilities and 2/3 of time, 28 hours per week as a primary care clinician and will work collaboratively and cooperatively as a member of the health care team within the Health Centers and the Hospital. 20-24 patients per day. Enjoys EMR Optimization, implementation and development, best practice strategies as well as direct patient care. EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation.

Compensation and Benefits:

Medical Director Stipend. Up to $19,000 relocation/rental assistance if applicable. Commencement bonus and Retention bonus for years 2 and 3.
