Associate/Medical Director – Promotional Med Ed & Advertising Position Available In New York, New York

EPM is working with a fast-growing, creatively driven medical communications agency in search of an Associate/Medical Director to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll serve as the scientific lead on high-impact oncology initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the scientific narrative across multiple brands and therapeutic areas, ensuring the work is both medically accurate and strategically aligned with the client’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the scientific lead on assigned accounts, ensuring content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand strategy Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, account, strategy) to develop promotional and educational materials for HCPs and patients Lead the development of core messaging platforms, slide decks, MOA videos, digital assets, and congress materials Provide scientific and strategic input during internal brainstorms, client meetings, and creative reviews Stay current on therapeutic landscapes, clinical data, and FDA regulations to guide content development Review and annotate materials for medical accuracy and compliance (including MLR submissions) Mentor junior medical writers and support their development

Key Qualifications:
