We’ve been retained by a global pharmaceutical company committed to improving everyday health for women, their families, and the communities they support. As they expand their global footprint, the company is seeking a Global Director of Medical Affairs Strategy to lead strategic planning and execution for their dermatology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and lead Global Medical Affairs dermatology strategy
Provide strategic medical leadership to support product development, filings, and commercialization
Support business development through unmet need validation, asset review, and resource planning
Co-develop integrated evidence generation plans, including IIR strategy and lifecycle data needs
Lead medical education and scientific communications for HCPs and key stakeholders
Engage external experts, KOLs, advocacy groups, and HCPs to gather insight and build partnerships
Run advisory boards, symposia, and medical congresses with purpose and precision
Mentor and grow a high-performing Medical Affairs team
Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines

Who They’re Looking For:

Advanced degree (MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, PA, NP)
10+ years of experience in pharma, biotech, or healthcare Medical Affairs
Proven experience leading medical strategy, publications, evidence generation, and education
Deep understanding of regulatory environments, product lifecycle, and commercial interfaces
Ability to lead in a complex, fast-moving global organization
Dermatology experience strongly preferred
