As the Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing patient care initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of medical practice, and guiding research efforts within our organization. Duties Provide strategic leadership in clinical development and healthcare management. Oversee patient care protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Manage and supervise clinical staff, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes high-quality patient care. Develop and implement research initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance patient outcomes. Ensure adherence to FDA regulations and HIPAA guidelines throughout all medical operations. Collaborate with other departments to integrate systems that improve efficiency and effectiveness in patient care delivery. Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary. Lead project management efforts related to new healthcare programs or services. Experience Proven experience in clinical development, healthcare management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, HIPAA compliance, and research methodologies. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while supervising clinical staff. Experience in project management within a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
