What are you looking for in a physician candidate? Experience preferred not averse to working as single provider attimes. Able to accommodate patients visit with limited resources (highuninsured population) Experience day outpatient procedures (minor injections, gyn,etc.). Willing to learn other procedures. Willing to travel to other sites for meetings, or vacationcoverage. A desired to serve the underserved We are hiring a new physician/Chief Medical Officer? Replacing a family practice physician and to address the growingdemand for health care services at our busiest office. The current providers among all practice locations 2 FTE Family Practice Board Certified 2.7 FTE Pediatricians Board Certified 2.6 FTE Pediatric Nurse Practitioners 3.2

FTE Family Nurse Practitioners Clinical Support:

RN Supervisor, LPN, Medical Assistant, HealthInformation Technician and Patient Service Representative. Also on staff are a Care Coordinator andPopulation Health Specialist.

Practice Information:
Family Office Hours:

Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday 8-5, and Wed,9:30-6:30

Pediatric Office Hours:

Mon Thursday 8am 7pm; Sunday and Saturday 8am 12 pm

Future Plans:

Expand evening hours and begin Saturday hours at theGeorgetown location

Practice Locations:

Georgetown city, Sampit/North Santee, Choppeelocated in rural area in Georgetown, Andrews and our Main site in McClellanville, SC.(recruiting for Grorgetown and Sampit/North Santee).

Service Area:

Mostly rural Georgetown County.
