JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses:
MD/DO with current state license and DEA registration
Certifications:
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Geriatrics preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in medical leadership and 3 years working with frail elderly
Other Qualifications:
Leadership in managed care and interdisciplinary environments required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee clinical care delivery and medical supervision
- Lead Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs
- Collaborate with HR to recruit and support clinical staff
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and job descriptions
- Ensure 24/7 medical coverage system and triage coordination
- Participate in compliance and licensing reviews
- Supervise Infection Control activities and ensure OSHA adherence
- Analyze KPIs, manage clinical budgets, and improve service efficiency
- Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement
