Salary:
$200,000- $275,000 per year A bit about us: We are a not for profit cliniclocated in the heart of Memphis, striving to make our community amore healthy and equitable place. We treat the whole patient,starting with primary care, but also provide endocrinology,optometry, behavioral health, and cardiology to our patientpopulation. In this Medical Director role, you will work with ourFamily Medicine team, and take the lead within this department. Youwill report directly to our Chief Clinical Officer. Our primarycare team includes MDs, NPs, and a full support team of RNs, MAs,and techs. We provide the following services to our families in the

We are seeking a dedicated andexperienced Medical Director specializing in Family Medicine tojoin our dynamic team. This role is a permanent, full-time positionin our esteemed healthcare organization. The successful candidatewill be responsible for overseeing the medical operations withinthe facility, ensuring the provision of high-quality healthcareservices to our patients, and providing leadership to our team ofhealthcare professionals. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement medicalpolicies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care. 2.Oversee all medical services, including urgent care and familycare. 3. Provide leadership and guidance to our team of healthcareprofessionals. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure theintegration of medical services within the overall healthcare plan.5. Participate in the recruitment, training, and development ofmedical staff. 6. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations andsafety standards. 7. Review and analyze reports on theeffectiveness of care and make recommendations for improvements. 8.Act as the liaison between the medical staff and theadministration. 9. Participate in budget planning and managementfor medical services.
Qualifications:
1. Doctor of Medicine (MD) orDoctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accreditedinstitution. 2. Board-certified in Family Medicine. 3. A minimum of2 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcaresetting. 4. Proven experience in urgent care and family care. 5.Strong knowledge of medical procedures, laws, and regulations. 6.Excellent leadership and organizational skills. 7. Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills. 8. Proficient with PC andmedical software. 9. Ability to make decisions in high-pressuresituations. 10. Commitment to providing high-quality care topatients.
