Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the facility
• Develop and implement retention strategies
• Ensure the clinic is clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Train and supervise staff
• Provide exceptional customer service

Work Schedule:

9-12, 2-6 Monday

• Friday 9-12

Saturday Experience:

• Previous experience in fitness or membership sales management or a related field
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and retail management
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Familiarity with inventory control processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a team
