Must have at least 5+ years of medical practice management experience.
Duties:
Oversee daily operations of department staff. Provide leadership and advice regarding work tasks. Enforce all protocols and procedures equally and accurately. Discipline with proper documentation when necessary. Encourage team work amongst all employees. Positively contribute to professional work environment. Effectively maintain and order supplies. Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Must complete and maintain electronic timesheet or other time-keeping record showing the daily hours worked. Your web time clock will be an official and accurate record of your attendance. We reserve the right to adjust or modify any team members schedule to maintain the normal business operations. Any other duties as assigned.
