We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Center Manager to lead operations at our state of the art senior primary care clinic. This direct hire, full time role would be out of our Montgomery office and give you the opportunity to lead a team of clinic and non-clinical staff in all operations! Job Summary:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Responsible for all operations within a single clinic, ensuring all clinical and administrative operations are effectively executed.
Supervise clinical and non-clinical staff, support operational initiatives, and generally ensure the clinic operates smoothly and in a timely manner.
Responsible for practice profitability, revenue goals and other metrics
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a similar degree
A minimum of 5 years of related work experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or hospitality setting required
A minimum of 3 years supervisory/managerial experience in a medical clinic, hospital setting, or similarly regulated environment required
Strong problem-solving andanization skills.
