The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in dental office procedures. Familiarity with Curve Dental software a plus. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and provide them with necessary information regarding their appointments. Schedule and confirm patient appointments using computerized scheduling systems. Review and maintain accurate documentation of patient records, including insurance information and medical history. Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage correspondence efficiently. Assit with treatment planning and presenting financial arrangements. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the office. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and office supplies. Perform other administrative duties as required to support office management. Requirements Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred. Proficiency in dental scheduling and documentation review is essential. Familiarity with dental software such as Athenahealth or Epic is a plus. Knowledge of coding practices is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
