The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare management. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure efficient office management, maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, and provide exceptional administrative support to our medical staff. Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the medical office, ensuring a smooth workflow and high-quality patient care. Oversee practice management tasks, including scheduling Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient care processes and outcomes. Manage fiscal responsibilities, including budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation. Supervise administrative staff, providing training and support as needed. Utilize practice management software Address patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. Experience Proven experience in healthcare management is preferred. Strong background in medical administrative support Demonstrated expertise in fiscal management and office management practices. Familiarity with financial management principles within a medical setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining compliance. Proficiency in using practice management software; experience with Eaglesoft is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with staff and patients.
