Summary We are seeking motivated and detail oriented professional to join our team as an Assitant Office Manager/ Veterinary Technician. This unique hybrid role combines leadership, administrative support, and hands-on patient care to ensure smooth day-today operations and excellent client and patient experience. Responsibilities Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgical procedures. Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results, including X-rays and laboratory work. Administer medications and vaccines as directed by the veterinarian. Provide compassionate care and support to animals before, during, and after procedures. Help manage the daily workflow of the practice and support front desk operations Training and mentoring support staff deliver excellent client service and resolve client concerns support the practive manager with reporting, staff meetings and policy enforcement Requirements Certification or degree in Veterinary Technology or related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of animal physiology and veterinary practices. Experience with animal handling and restraint techniques. Excellent communication skills for interacting with pet owners and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
