This position is responsible for ensuring that the clinic operates efficiently, meets regulatory standards, and maintains the highest level of patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient service.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:

Oversee daily operations of the urgent care center, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Assist in managing schedules, staffing, and resources to meet patient demand.

Staff Supervision:

Provide leadership and support to clinical and administrative staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Patient Care:

Ensure that patients receive high-quality care in a timely and compassionate manner. Address patient concerns and feedback, striving for continuous improvement in patient satisfaction.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure that the clinic complies with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards, including OSHA, HIPAA, and state-specific requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Financial Management:

Assist in managing the clinic’s budget, including cost control, revenue generation, and financial reporting. Work with the manager to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.

Quality Improvement:

Lead or participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care, operational efficiency, and staff satisfaction. Monitor performance metrics and implement changes as needed.

Technology Management:

Ensure that the clinic’s technology and medical equipment are functioning properly. Assist in implementing new technology or software as required.

Communication:

Serve as a liaison between staff, patients, and upper management. Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (preferred) 3+ years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in an urgent care or outpatient setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing, and coding practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and other relevant software.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$22.00 – $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
