What We’re Looking For:
- At least two years of experience as a Dental Office Manager in a private practice setting Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a dental team while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere Strong skills in scheduling, billing, insurance coordination, and collections Confident in overseeing the daily operations of a dental practice, ensuring efficiency and a high standard of care Experience with practice management software and digital systems Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both patients and team members High emotional intelligence, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to remain calm under pressure Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient front office This is an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to make a lasting impact in a practice that values leadership, teamwork, and trust.
