Job Description The location for this position will be our Tamarac office. This location is busy and has multiple providers and specialties under one roof.

General dentist who also does endodontics and Invisalign, prosthodontist, periodontist (2 days/month), and 1 hygienists. Our ideal candidate is a leader with experience in dental management. Dental knowledge is a must. Our office only works by everyone working together as a team as our managers are no different! JOB DUTIES
Management of staff: scheduling staff, coaching, performance reviews, verifying and approving time cards and time off requests.
Front office duties:
working with front office team member to help answer phones, present treatment plans, schedule patients, verify/bill/post insurance.
Business management:
ensuring that the practice is meeting production and collection goals, ensuring patients are re-appointed, patients are receiving the experience that we strive for.
Leadership:
Working with the providers to lead your team into success. You set the mood for the office from the morning huddle, to celebrating wins and everything in between. Treatment plan presentation
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of dental experience Experience billing, posting and explaining insurance to patients Experience presenting and converting treatment plans
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Customer service experience Open Dental experience a plus Bi-lingual (spanish/english) a plus
