Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or similar practice management software. Assist with billing and insurance verification processes to ensure timely payments. Coordinate with dental staff to facilitate efficient patient flow during appointments. Implement and adhere to standards, ensuring compliance with dental care regulations. Support inventory management by monitoring supplies and placing orders as necessary. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall improvement of office procedures. Experience Previous experience in a dental office is required (2 year min). Knowledge of dental insurace coverage and verification is essential. Proficiency in Dentrix or similar software is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential for success in this role.
