Role:
We are a well-established neurology practice in Davie, FL, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Office Manager to oversee our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance billing , medical office compliance , and workers’ compensation .
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the neurology office to ensure efficiency and compliance. Oversee insurance billing, coding, and claims management, including follow-ups and appeals. Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations. Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation cases, including documentation and communication with insurers. Supervise front and back office staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Collaborate with neurologists and clinical staff to support high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
Experience in medical office management, preferably in a neurology or specialty practice. Strong knowledge of insurance billing and medical coding (CPT, ICD-10). Experience with workers’ compensation case handling. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
Certification in Medical Office Management or Healthcare Administration. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
