Minimum 5 years of experience in a primary care practice is required. Must have experience in billing, coding A/R, and collections, credentialing, and insurance contracts. Knowledge of ICD 10 codes, CPT codes are required. Experience in HEDIS measures is a plus. Must be familiar with Medicare and Medicaid requirements and guidelines. Excellent communication skills, computer skills, and the ability to handle HR issues are required. Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and ensure a smooth office workflow. As a Medical Office Administrator, you will be integral to the efficient operation of our healthcare facility, reporting directly to the Office Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include managing patient records, coordinating appointments, and providing exceptional patient service. With core skills in medical administrative support and front desk operations, you will ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while utilizing EHR systems and medical coding knowledge. Your strong communication skills and experience with medical terminology will enhance patient interactions and contribute to a seamless healthcare experience.
