Mobile Medical Assistant / Remote Office Manager – Concierge Practice Dr Lighthouse Pompano Beach, FL 33064 • Remote We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and compassionate Medical Assistant (MA) / Office Manager to serve as a key team member in our fully mobile concierge medical practice . This hybrid role combines in-home clinical care with remote-from-home administrative responsibilities , and requires someone who thrives working independently, communicates exceptionally well, and delivers high-quality, patient-focused service.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties (All Performed in Patient Homes) Travel to and assist with in-home visits (vital signs, phlebotomy, specimen handling) Perform and coordinate routine lab draws Perform routine EKGs Assist with triage and communication through texts, phone, and secure messaging Provide post-visit follow-ups, including scheduling, coordination, and documentation Administrative Duties (All Performed Remotely from Your Home) Schedule appointments, confirm times with patients, and send reminders Manage ongoing communication with patients via secure messaging and phone Coordinate with specialty pharmacies and external providers Track and follow up on labs, imaging, referrals, and results Prepare and send invoices in a timely manner Document patient encounters in the EMR system Ensure concierge-level service by providing thoughtful, thorough follow-up care
Requirements:
Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA) or equivalent experience Experience in healthcare administration or office management preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and follow-through abilities Reliable personal transportation for mobile visits Self-directed and capable of working independently with professionalism and accountability IV insertion experience or certification preferred (training may be provided)
