We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Medical Practice Manager to lead our administrative team and ensure the smooth, efficient operation of our office. This position requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of practice management within a clinical setting. Duties Oversee daily operations of the medical practice, ensuring efficiency and compliance with healthcare regulations. Manage scheduling, billing, and patient flow processes. Supervise and support administrative and clinical staff. Maintain accurate medical and financial records. Coordinate with physicians and healthcare providers to improve patient care and office procedures. Handle HR functions, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management. Monitor inventory and order office/medical supplies as needed. Ensure the practice remains compliant with HIPAA and other healthcare laws. Prepare budgets, financial reports, and assist with insurance billing and coding. Manage insurance credentialing and re-credentialing for providers, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with payer requirements. Skills Proven experience in practice management within a medical/dental office or clinic setting. Strong knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing and employee management. Familiarity with utilization management principles to enhance operational efficiency. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Proficient in utilizing electronic health record systems. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and patients.
