What You’ll Do:
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of dental professionals to achieve performance goals and provide the best patient care Maintain a positive, solutions-focused culture in the office while managing day-to-day operations Use your knowledge of dental terminology and procedures to support team training and patient communication Present treatment plans and financial arrangements to patients with clarity, confidence, and compassion Oversee and manage computerized billing systems with accuracy and accountability Help ensure the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with policies and standard
