Dental Office Manager (Bi-Lingual) We’re hiring a Dental Office Manager to lead a high-performing practice with a monthly production of $200,000+. This is a full-time leadership position requiring proven dental management experience and strong bilingual communication skills (Spanish/English).

Locations are:

Zephyrhills, Brandon, Tampa and New Port Richey.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily operations of a fast-paced dental office Manage a team of 10+ staff, including multiple doctors, hygienists and clinical/front desk personnel Monitor and maintain monthly production goals of $200K+ Ensure efficient scheduling, billing, and patient flow Support HR duties including hiring, training, and performance reviews Maintain compliance with all dental regulations and standards Foster a patient-focused and team-driven culture

What We’re Looking For:

Bi-lingual in Spanish and English Minimum of 3 years experience as a Dental Office Manager Experience managing large teams and multi-provider environments Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficient in dental practice software and insurance billing (Dentrix/ Dexis/ XDR/ Dental Exchange)
