Job Summary:

The Regional Dental Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple dental offices within a designated region. This role ensures that each office is providing high-quality patient care, meeting revenue and profitability goals, and adhering to company policies and procedures. The Regional Dental Manager acts as a liaison between the dental offices and the corporate office, providing guidance and support to office managers and staff.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple dental offices, designing strategies to increase production and office performance.

Leadership and Management:

Supervise and support the dental offices, including dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff. Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations. Ensure each office is meeting revenue and profitability goals. Manage and support office managers and staff, ensuring they follow company policies and procedures.

Clinical Oversight:

Ensure that all dental procedures are performed safely and develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones. Ensure that all dental procedures are performed safely and effectively. Oversee patient treatment plans and monitor patient progress Conduct regular meetings with office managers to review performance and address any issues. Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and federal regulations and ensure that the clinics adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols. Maintain compliance with state and federal dental regulations. Handle escalated patient and staff issues as needed. Monitor monthly statistical reports and practice trends, developing action plans accordingly. Participate in new business development as appropriate for the practices. Develop and implement strategies to improve production availability for traveling dental teams. Coordinate with office managers to ensure that traveling dental teams have the necessary resources and support. Monitor and analyze the performance of traveling dental teams, providing feedback and support to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure that traveling dental teams adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in management within a healthcare or dental setting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of dental practice management software (Open Dental). Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Familiarity with OSHA, state, and federal regulations. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
