About Our Facility:

We focus on exotic animal care (50% of our cases) along with treating dogs and cats. Our hospital is fully equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, including digital radiographs, ultrasound, in-house laboratory diagnostics, and laser and light therapy. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional work-life balance and a supportive team that truly cares about the well-being of both our patients and their owners.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, staff management, HR functions, and scheduling
  • Manage budgeting, payroll, financial reporting, and inventory control
  • Support marketing, community outreach, and client service strategies
  • Ensure a safe, positive, and productive workplace culture
  • Collaborate with ownership to meet performance goals and practice growth objectives
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience or managing a veterinary practice preferred
  • Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) designation
  • Able to lift 40+ pounds with assistance
  • Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and HR best practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and client-first approach
  • Confidence in leading a team and knowledge of HR practices are essential!
Schedule:

We’re open Monday through Friday (7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and Saturday (8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.). You pick your ideal workweek! 3, 4, and 5-day weeks are possible!
