Office Team Lead Responsibilities:
Effectively coach and develop team members and resolve conflicts/issues Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence. Manage patient accounts Oversee patient relations, explain office policy and procedures Assign, direct, and manage staff duties as assigned Help support staff as needed (i.e., appointment scheduling, collections, insurance, etc.) Organize staff training Monitor staff performance and conduct monthly/quarterly/yearly reviews Help arrange staff’s continued education and training Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings while maintaining a focus on profitability
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Open Dental, Flex) preferred Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and service excellence Knowledge of dental insurance plans Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)Achieve and or surpass performance goals Pay Rate starting at: $23
