Manager AAA Pet Resort 7808 41st Avenue East, Bradenton, FL 34211 About us: AAA Pet Resort is a Family own pet care facility dedicated to providing a fun, safe, and loving environment for our furry guests. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Manager to lead our dynamic team and help grow our business to new heights.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
1. Leadership & Management Skills Proven experience in managing a tem, preferably in the pet care, hospitality, or service industry. Strong ability to lead, train and motivate staff to provide top-quality pet care and costumer service. Ability to create and implement efficient operational procedures. 2. Costumer Service Excellence Experience in client relations and costumer satisfaction. Strong communication skills to handle client concerns and provide personalized service. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with pet owners to increase loyalty and referrals. 3. Business & Operations knowledge Understanding of scheduling, inventory management, and business operations. Experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth strategies. Ability to track business performance and implement improvements for efficiency and profitability. 4. Pet Care Expertise Knowledge of pet behavior, health and safety protocols. Familiarity with different pet breeds and their specific care requirements. Experience in handling emergencies and first-aid procedures for animals 5. Marketing & Sales Skills Ability to create and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients. Knowledge of social media, promotions, and community engagement. Experience in upselling services and increasing customer retention. 6. Tech-Savvy & Organizational Skills Proficiency in using scheduling software, CRM systems, and basic bookkeeping tools. Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently, including payroll and staff scheduling. 7. Passion & Reliability Genuine love for animals and commitment to their well-being. Dependable, organized, and able to handle high-pressure situations. Ability to adapt to business growth and industry changes.
