New Horizons is the largest mental health and addiction recovery provider on the Treasure Coast (and beyond), serving 15,000 children and adults annually through inpatient crisis services, 24-hour help line and mobile response team, and outpatient programs conveniently located across Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee and St. Lucie counties. In addition, New Horizons assists 22,000 students in area schools, and we work closely with the courts, law enforcement, jails, and hospitals to help improve the health of individuals and the quality of life in our community. As an Office Manager your responsibilities will include: Receives, greets and directs visitors, FACT members, caregivers, family members and staff Assists the Team Leader and other team members in tracking tasks and meeting deadlines Oversees all activities for the day-to-day operations of the office support functions Maintains and reviews with team leader budget for operations of FACT team Oversees FACT medical records Manages and oversees the process to disperse money to members according to individual member budgets in collaboration with team members and in accordance with member’s treatment plan Oversees billing activities for all on-site programs
Requirements:
New Horizons will need you to have the following qualifications: AA Degree in Human Services or Business preferred Knowledge of billing, accounting and collection processes Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License with 6 points or less in the last 3 years.
