Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic, persuasive, and compassionate Treatment Plan Coordinator with a strong sales background to guide patients through their aesthetic journey. This role is responsible for consulting with clients, presenting treatment plans, and closing sales while delivering exceptional patient service. Key Responsibilities Conduct consultations with potential clients, educating them on available services and treatment options. Present and explain customized treatment plans in a clear and confident manner. Build trust and long-term relationships with clients through transparency and follow-up. Close sales and achieve monthly conversion goals. Coordinate schedules with medical providers to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain accurate patient records and financial agreements. Collaborate with the marketing and reception team to ensure a seamless patient experience. Qualifications Proven experience in sales , preferably in a healthcare, dental, aesthetic, or luxury service setting. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Knowledge of aesthetic or dental services (e.g., veneers, botox, cosmetic surgery) is highly preferred. CRM or EMR software experience is a plus.
