In this dual role, you will ensure seamless office operations while serving as the main point of contact for our external partner, LD Technologies. You will handle escalated tech support tickets, perform quality assurance checks on distributed units, coordinate sales conference logistics, and manage office communications. Your contributions will be essential in driving operational excellence and fostering strong industry relationships. Key Responsibilities Liaison with
LD Technologies:
Serve as the primary point of contact for LD Technologies, building and maintaining strong working relationships. Collaborate with LD Technologies’ tech support to resolve escalated technical issues and relay critical updates to internal teams as part of our tech support process. 1.
Technical Support Ticket Management:
Manage escalated technical support tickets in line with our defined service level agreements and turnaround times. Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in our tracking system, and share insights with the internal technical support team to enhance process improvements. 2.
Quality Assurance & Distribution:
Conduct quality assurance checks on all units using a standardized checklist to verify that all components are intact and functioning properly. Package and ship verified units to designated destinations following company protocols.
Office Communication & Call Routing:
Answer incoming calls using Zoom Phone and route them efficiently through our Odoo ERP system to the appropriate departments or personnel. Provide prompt and professional support to all callers, ensuring excellent customer service. 3.
Sales Conference Coordination:
Research and identify relevant sales conferences, managing logistics for fluctuating event schedules throughout the year. Handle all aspects of conference attendance, including registration, travel arrangements, accommodation, and post-event follow-up. Qualifications 1.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in office management or administrative roles; experience in healthcare, medical distribution, or logistics is a plus. 2.
Skills:
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with ERP systems like Odoo. Comfortable using Zoom Phone and other modern communication tools.
