MUST HAVES

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in private healthcare office or medical SPA preferred
• Perfect spoken and written English and Spanish
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Your Role Includes:

Maintain High Energy Positive and Professional Patient and Team Leadership Supervise Effectively and Assign Tasks to office team members Train and Evaluate Office Staff Members and Manage HR related tasks Office Maintenance Ordering Supplies Resolve Upset Patients or Parents Employee Reviews Meet Collections and Production Goals Brief the doctor Build Weekly Scheduling Template Create Weekly and Monthly plans Walk thru Lobby / Clinic Manage Practice Managment Software Develop team members and Enforce Office Policies and Procedures Efficiently Complete daily and end of month reports Ability to Present Treatment Be Able to Lead the Team and discipline when required Submit and clear Insurance Claims Including other duties for office operation
