Position Overview:
We are seeking a confident and experienced Team Lead Treatment Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our patient journey—from the initial consultation to treatment acceptance. This role is ideal for a persuasive communicator who thrives on delivering excellence, inspires team performance, and knows how to turn life-changing treatment plans into reality for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example in presenting comprehensive treatment plans with clarity, empathy, and confidence.
- Support team members in increasing treatment acceptance while maintaining alignment with practice values.
- Train and mentor new and existing treatment coordinators on scripting, financing options, and patient rapport.
- Manage and monitor KPIs related to treatment acceptance, follow-up conversions, and case value.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient hand-offs.
- Ensure all treatment documentation, consents, and financial arrangements are completed accurately.
- Uphold The (UN) Dental Experience by creating a five-star journey for every patient.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of dental treatment coordination experience; implant and full-mouth rehab knowledge preferred.
- Proven track record in case acceptance and patient communication.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Open Dental and dental financing platforms (CareCredit, Alphaeon, etc.).
- Passionate about helping patients overcome barriers to care and achieve their dream smile.
