• The role you’ll contribute:
• The Senior Manager under the general direction of the Director monitors day to day operational activities of urgent care centers.

Assists with developing, coaching and mentoring the professional development of Center Managers. Evaluates operational measurements as assigned by Director. Completes assigned special projects. Assists with activities related to all aspects of urgent care according to the philosophy, policies, procedures, and objectives. Provides assistance to physicians and maintains equipment. Schedules and coordinates onsite events for municipality clients. Assists sites with reporting and tracking for employees. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
